How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 business days for standard delivery. “Next Day Delivery” is available at an extra cost but your order must be received by us before midday.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout when you place your order.
What if something I like is out of stock?
We do our best to keep good stock levels but sometimes due to very high demand we may sell out of some designs or colour ranges. We can let you know if an item comes back into stock. Just send our Customer Service team an email asking to be notified when the item is available.
How do I find out about new products and special offers?

Can I make changes to my order?
If you'd like to make a change to your order please call us on 0845 5612355 or email us at email@example.com. As long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll be able to make changes to it for you.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?
You can opt to have your package gift wrapped at the checkout for £3.95.
