Refund Policy

• You can send your item back to us, in its original condition, via Royal Mail to Simply Style, Langstone Technology Park, Langstone Road, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 1SA, UK.
• Please return the item together with proof of purchase within 28 days of the date of dispatch (or 14 days of the date of dispatch for sale items). The date of dispatch is displayed on the invoice sent with your original package.  Please include your delivery note when returning the item to us.
• Please be sure to obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office or courier.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items which are delayed or fail to reach us.  We recommend that overseas customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service and get a proof of receipt.
• You still have rights under the Consumer Rights Act for returning faulty goods bought online.

Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel an order with Simply Style, you must notify us via email at sales@simply-style.co.uk.  Orders can be cancelled any time from the moment you place your order and up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. You are responsible for returning the item within 14 calendar days of cancelling.
• We recommend you obtain proof of posting for any items returned under our cancellation policy.

*Please note that during Sale periods we accept returns up to 14 days from the date of dispatch.
